Sea Anemone was created around the Wizard Stick, a small battery-powered smoke generator by Zero Toys.  Press the plunger on the top of the base and smoke emerges from the mouth and in-between the tentacles. A blue LED in the Wizard Stick adds a little tidal pool feel.
