cup almonds, coarsely chopped

Tbs. mayonnaise

tsp. turmeric

tsp. lemon juice

- Steam
chicken breast with bay leaf, 1 branch or Tbs. of parsley and green onion on
top. When cool, discard spices
and cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Add almonds. Mix
mayonnaise, turmeric, lemon juice, 1 Tbs. finely chopped parsley and a dash
of salt. Mix chicken and
almonds with "sauce".
