DELHI SNACKS
Mix together and fry in 3 Tbs. oil:
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup cashews
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. salt
 
Add and fry for a few seconds longer:
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 cup raisins 
2 cups wet puffed rice can be added to this if desired.
