- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
(preferably superfine)
- 1 square
melted baking chocolate, cooled
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs

- Cream butter and
sugar. Add chocolate and
vanilla. Add one egg at a
time, beating at least 5 minutes at medium speed after each addition.
Pour in 8" pie shell and chill 1-2 hours.
