MEXICAN FIESTA CAKE
This recipe is from a friend of my family who lives in Obregon, Mexico.  It is very fast to make since the cake is frosted as soon as it comes out of the oven.
 
Boil together (I use the microwave) -
1 stick (1/4 cup) oleo - NOT BUTTER
4 Tbs. cocoa
1 cup water
 
Add -
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
 
Beat in -
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
 
Beat for several minutes.
 
Bake in a shallow greased pan (15"x12" or 16 1/2"x11 1/2")
20 minutes  at 375°
 
Frosting
Boil -
1 stick oleo
4 Tbs. cocoa
6 Tbs. milk
 
Add -
3/4 bag powdered sugar (1 1/2 lbs.)
 
Beat in -
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups walnuts
 
Frost cake while still hot.
