- This recipe is from a friend of my family who lives in Obregon, Mexico. It is very fast to make since the cake is frosted as soon as it comes out
of the oven.

- Boil together (I use the microwave) -
- 1 stick (1/4 cup) oleo - NOT BUTTER
- 4 Tbs. cocoa
- 1 cup water

- Add -
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt

- Beat in -
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream

- Beat for several minutes.

- Bake in a shallow greased pan (15"x12" or 16 1/2"x11
1/2")
- 20 minutes at 375°

- Frosting
- Boil -
- 1 stick oleo
- 4 Tbs. cocoa
- 6 Tbs. milk

- Add -
- 3/4 bag powdered sugar (1 1/2 lbs.)

- Beat in -
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups walnuts

- Frost
cake while still hot.
