- Nasturtium blossoms
- Cream cheese
- Finely ground nuts
- Orange extract
- Milk

- Wash flowers and remove stamens (the pollen bearing part.)
Trim stem close to flower.
Mix nuts and cream cheese.
Add a couple of drops of extract.
Add just enough milk to make the mixture the consistency of
stiff frosting. Use a
wide cake decorator tip to place a teaspoonful of mixture in center of
each blossom.
