- 2/3 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbs. orange rind
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt

- Frosting -
- 2 1/2 Tbs. butter
- 1 1/2 Tbs. orange juice
- 2 tsp. orange rind
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- Beat sugar and butter until fluffy. Add
egg. Beat in juice and rind.
Mix all dry ingredients and add slowly until completely mixed in.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400º for 8-10
minutes. Frost when cool.
